Crusher Bucket MB-C50
For Backhoe Loader and Mini Excavator
Perfect for on-site crushing of inert materials and the first one of its kind to be introduced on the market, the MB Crusher Bucket is a piece of equipment that works by taking advantage of the hydraulic system of the excavators, skid loader, loader and backhoe loaders to which it is fitted.
It has many areas of applications: from building demolitions in general, to the requalification of former industrial and urban areas to the processing of excavation materials, from the earth movement sector to road works, from quarries to mines, from environmental reclamation to applications on rocky soil.
MB’S little work of magic
The MB-C50 is the smallest crusher bucket in the MB product line, weighing less than one Ton and designed to work on excavators starting from 5 Ton. It is suitable for mini excavators and great for small crushing jobs.
Due to its reduced size and weight, the MB-C50 has proven to be particularly useful in landscaping and restricted areas, ensuring high performance in small size with a production rate of up to 10 m3/h.
Recycling
CRUSH INERT MATERIAL
MB Crusher can make any machine, currently on site into a real crusher: powerful, tireless, precise.
MB Crusher’s patented Crusher Buckets attach themselves to any excavator in a simple and straightforward manner and go into action immediately: any inert material is crushed and can be reused or sold.
Everything takes place on site, without transport, disposal or treatment costs.
Road Works
Crushing flooring and waste material on the spot
MB mobile crushers can access any type of job site, without needing specialized vehicles, they are transported with the equipment they’re installed on. They are attached directly to the excavators, loaders, skid steers or backhoesnecessary on the job site: all of the materials extracted from the excavation phase can be reduced to the desired output size, without using a recycling plant.
The resulting material can then be reused on the same job site, for example as road base, drain or as fill material.
The advantages are clear: the company becomes independent in the process – there are fewer trucks leaving the site, they are cutting costs and time on the job, and fewer access restrictions or need of extensive areas resulting in a streamlined operation. This is how they solved their problem of disposing and recycling waste material, and eliminated additional expenses.
Demolition
IT’S POSSIBLE TO MANAGE DEBRIS DIRECTLY ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. THE SECRET
MB CRUSHER’S PATENTED UNITS
with MB’s jaw crusher, you can crush demolition waste with your own excavator
The material obtained from a demolition job can be crushed, selected and reused directly on-site: by adding a single MB Crusher unit to your fleet, you can eliminate transportation and waste disposal costs. Plus, you get quality material that you can reuse or sell.
The advantages also touch the surrounding communities and environment. MB Crusher’s attachments turn any excavator into a powerful crusher and an effective screener: they are easy to transport and manage even in small spaces. Therefore, they are an innovative solution for waste management, to increase the company’s profits and for the protection of the environment.
Quarries and Mines
IT’S POSSIBLE TO REDUCE LOGISTIC EXPENSES AND RECOVER WASTE.
HOW? WITH MB CRUSHER’S PATENTED ATTACHMENTS
Any mining material can be processed on-site and can be reused immediately with one machine: MB’s crusher bucket.
The crushers can be moved without needing extra or specialized transportation; the unit hooks up to any excavator and immediately starts working. The crusher reaches any location, even inaccessible areas or ones that have limited space, and works tirelessly, crushing any material once it’s been extracted. The unit guarantees smooth production and reduces hauling and disposal costs.
Furthermore, you avoid temporarily storing scraps on quarry yards, freeing up essential space needed for vehicles to access the area.
