Socomec S.p.A. is the first-born Italian manufacturer of hydraulic hammers. In fact the company begins its journey, paved with hard work and dotted with numerous successes, in 1973, founded by the surveyor Maestri Ricciotti, construction contractor from Parma who, because of work requirements related to his construction company, decided to start to produce hydraulic breakers to be used on his excavators.
After 40 years of hard work, characterized by a continuous technological and productive development supported by technical insights aimed at improving the performance and’ reliability of its demolition, SOCOMEC is now in Italy, thanks to its extensive network of dealers, among the market leaders by number of hammers sold annually. The constant quest for innovation has allowed Socomec to expand over the years the types of products manufactured.
Today has nine kinds of products with a complete range capable of meeting all the needs of our customers. After having reached a leading role in the Italian panorama of the demolition, for over 15 years SOCOMEC has broadened its horizons, coming to embrace with its sales network across five continents, now exporting more than 50% of its production.
